​Timothy J. Wakefield ATC., M.Ed.
Tim is the owner of Sports Center Physical Therapy and has worked at the facility since 1997. Tim received his Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training from Springfield College in 1988. and a Master's degree in Education for Sports Injury, Prevention and Management in 1990. He also serves as the Head Athletic Trainer at Falmouth High school. In his casual time, he enjoys skiing, exercising, spending time with his family. Tim supports The Dana Farber Cancer Institute and he rides in the Pan Mass Challenge.

​Sarah J. Caldwell, PTA
Sarah graduated Summa Cum Laude from Quincy College in 2018 with a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant. She works closely with evaluating therapists to provide quality patient care and enjoys balancing her professional life with family, fitness, and reading.

​Sandra J. Parkinson, PT
Sandee is a Physical Therapist with a master's in Physiology from The University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from McMaster University. With over 30 years of experience, she specializes in outpatient care and has been a valued member of the Sports Center team for 20 years.

Candice Dimond, MPT, DPT
Candice earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Physical Therapy from Simons University and later completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Arcadia University. With a background in teaching kinesiology, administration, and working with professional athletes, she has returned to outpatient orthopedic practice with a passion for direct patient care.

Greg Squeglia, PT
Greg has been a part-time Physical Therapist at Sports Center PT for eight years and holds a degree from the University of New England. He has extensive experience treating various patients, including those with Vertigo, and enjoys running, paragliding, sailing, he and his wife operate summer paddleboard and bike excursions.
Fernanda Haga, PT Aide
Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Fernanda earned her Physical Therapy degree in 2003 with a specialization in neuromuscular work. Since 2018, she has assisted patients with therapeutic, proprioceptive, and gait exercises at Sports Center PT and keeps the office running smoothly.

Elaine Curtis, PT, DPT, MS
Elaine is a Physical Therapist with 35 years of experience specializing in pediatric, geriatric, orthopedic, and neurological rehabilitation. She holds a BS/MS in Physical Therapy from Springfield College and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University, combining her clinical expertise with hands-on treatment techniques.

​​​​Deb Wixon, Receptionist
As the longest-tenured employee, Deb is the welcoming voice and smile of Sports Center PT. She handles scheduling, insurance, and billing while always ready to assist with patient questions. She also shares her love of cooking!

​Stephen J. Brocklebank, MPT
Steve earned his Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the Institute of Physical Therapy in St. Augustine, Florida (now the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences). Steve has a keen interest in sports and fitness. He has worked with the Falmouth Commodores for over 20 years on the Medical Team, as a board member, Treasurer, Assistant GM and host parent. Outside of work he is often on his bike or at a local golf course. He also enjoys cooking, baking and trying new recipes.
